  • Business Identity: THCFINDS FCZO is a Dubai-registered business specializing in the sale of authentic Hermès handbags and accessories. We operate as an independent reseller and are not affiliated with Hermès or any other brand.
  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel, or terminate an order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with our policies.
  • Updates to Terms: These Terms and Conditions may be revised periodically. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or other official communication channels. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • 100% Authenticity Guarantee: THCFINDS FCZO guarantees that all Hermès handbags and accessories sold through our platform are 100% authentic. Each item undergoes a rigorous verification process before being listed for sale. We do not deal in counterfeit or replica products.
  • Third-Party Authentication: In cases where additional verification is required, we collaborate with trusted third-party authentication experts who specialize in luxury goods to ensure the authenticity of every item. Certificates of authenticity may be provided when applicable.
  • Accurate Product Descriptions: Every item is carefully inspected and described with precise details, including brand, model, materials, dimensions, and condition. Our descriptions aim to be as transparent as possible so buyers can make informed decisions.
  • High-Quality Images: We provide detailed, high-resolution images to showcase each item from multiple angles. While we strive to ensure accurate color representation, please note that colors may appear slightly different due to individual screen settings or lighting variations.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Currency & Price Adjustments: All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We accept payments only in AED, EUR (Euros), and USD (United States Dollars). Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier costs, or currency exchange rates. However, once an order is confirmed, the agreed-upon price remains fixed.
  • Payment Requirements: Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped. No items will be reserved or dispatched until payment is successfully completed.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience, including:
    • Bank Transfers – Payments must be made to the designated THCFINDS FCZO business account in AED, EUR, or USD. Proof of transfer may be required before processing.
    • Credit/Debit Cards – We accept major credit and debit cards. Transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.
  • Fraud Prevention & Transaction Security: THCFINDS FCZO reserves the right to cancel, decline, or investigate any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations. If additional verification is required, the customer may be asked to provide supporting documents before the order is processed.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: Once full payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp, detailing your purchase and shipping information. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
  • Shipping Method & Security: We partner with reliable, insured, and trackable courier services to ensure secure and efficient delivery of all orders. Tracking details will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier processing. Estimated timelines are as follows:
    • UAE Orders: 1-3 business days
    • International Orders: 5-10 business days (subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond our control)
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, courier service, and insurance coverage. The exact cost will be communicated before the purchase is finalized. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery, THCFINDS FCZO is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the courier. In case of an issue, we will assist in filing claims with the courier, but compensation is subject to their policies.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the high value and exclusivity of luxury items, all sales made through THCFINDS FCZO are final and non-refundable. We encourage buyers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and details before making a purchase.
  • Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted in the event that an item is significantly different from the description provided. This includes major discrepancies in product condition, model, or specifications. Minor variations in color due to screen differences or expected signs of wear on pre-owned items do not qualify for returns.
  • Return Process & Conditions: If a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying accessories, including the Hermès box, dust bag, receipt (if provided), and any other included materials.
    • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item, and the item must be shipped back promptly using an insured and trackable courier.
    • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method, with any applicable transaction or processing fees deducted.
  • Authenticity Guarantee & Full Refund Policy: If an item sold by THCFINDS FCZO is proven to be inauthentic through a recognized and verifiable third-party authentication service, a full refund will be issued, including return shipping costs.

  • Limitations of Liability: THCFINDS FCZO is not responsible for:
    • Normal wear and tear on pre-owned items, including minor signs of use consistent with the item’s condition as described at the time of sale.
    • Damage caused by improper handling or storage of the item by the buyer. Luxury items require proper care, and any deterioration due to negligence is the buyer’s responsibility.
    • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges incurred for international shipments. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

9. Right to Refuse Transactions

  • Discretionary Right to Decline Orders: THCFINDS FCZO reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any transaction at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This applies in cases where we determine that fulfilling the order may pose a risk to our business, violate policies, or compromise transaction security.
  • Reasons for Order Refusal: Orders may be declined for, but are not limited to, the following reasons:
    • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity – If a transaction appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or raises security concerns, it may be canceled, and further verification may be required.
    • Buyers with a history of disputes or chargebacks – Customers with previous chargebacks, disputes, or unresolved payment issues may be restricted from making future purchases.
    • Incorrect or incomplete buyer details – Orders with inaccurate billing or shipping information, mismatched payment details, or missing required verification documents may be delayed or canceled.
  • Payment Declines & Alternative Options: If a payment is declined or flagged for review, THCFINDS FCZO may request an alternative payment method or additional verification. If the issue cannot be resolved, the transaction will be canceled, and any funds received will be refunded in accordance with our policies.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions, along with all transactions conducted through THCFINDS FCZO, are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any legal matters or contractual obligations shall be interpreted in accordance with Dubai’s legal framework.

  • Legal Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be exclusively settled in the courts of Dubai. Buyers acknowledge and agree that Dubai courts have sole jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to purchases made through THCFINDS FCZO.
  • Waiver of Class Action Rights: Buyers agree that any claims or disputes must be pursued individually and not as part of a class action, group claim, or collective lawsuit. This ensures that each dispute is handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws.
